Jaime was extremely professional about his work and went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of customer service. I was amazed at the job. My service person, Hieme(I'm sure I didn't spell it right sorry) was fantastic. The car has been in our family from day 1, bought by my Mother-in-law. My wife and I received the car after her Mother passed away. We made 3 trips across country to see children and grandchildren. I lost my wife to cancer last October after 48 years and 5 days of a wonderful marriage. The is priceless to me and Heime understood. He was able to keep the repairs lower than the insurance totaling it price. And more importantly gave me back a car that doesn't even look like it was bumped. Although the rear bumper supports were repaired, when the bumper was put back on the car, the trunk upholstery panels were not re-installed correctly. The manual gas cap door release cable was not put back into its place. I tried to put gas in the car after I picked it up and the electrical connection did not work on the door. I opened the trunk to use the emergency gas cap door access and the cable was not there. I will return to Caliber Collision to get the gas cap door release cable fixed tomorrow morning.
