Misleading staff and paperwork. I asked three staff members to call us before starting any repair work so we could decide our next course of action. All three said Yes of course. Afterwards the woman explaining the paperwork I needed to sign spoke so fast I could barely understand her. They called days later saying they had already started the repairs as I signed the paperwork and there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing. We will make sure not to come back or recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone we know.

As always, and I've been there a bit, everyone was absolutely wonderful. They answered the phone promptly, always had answers at her finger tips I wish I had paid more attention to her name. When I first came in there was a very nice man that welcomed me and informed me of how the process would go. Everybody gets a big gold star thank you to the crew that put it back together, painted it, detailed it, gave her a much needed bath and put air in her tires. She really sparkles. All was seamless.
