I had an outstanding experience with Travis at Caliber Collision and cannot say enough about his professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service. Throughout the three-week repair process, Travis kept me informed every week with updates on the progress of my vehicle. I always knew the status of the repair and felt confident that my vehicle was being handled with care. The work was completed with excellent quality, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive my vehicle back one week earlier than the original expected completion date. What impressed me most was that Travis went above and beyond. He took the time to help address an issue with another vehicle involving previous work that was covered under Caliber’s warranty. Because of his dedication and willingness to help, I now have both vehicles back in excellent working order. Travis truly puts the customer first.
