The driver door was repaired and the color blended perfectly but the key won’t open the door. However, Caliber apologized and is going to fix it.

I said yes to being satisfied because I didn’t want to reflect poorly on Jeff. He was very responsive and kept me up to date on the progress. He even looked over the car after the windshield was replaced and found damage. He gets a 10 for his service. The repair from wreck looks great. No concerns on the rear of car. However, Jeff was on vacation when my car was repaired from the glass damage so he wasn’t there to look over car at pick up or he probably would’ve noted the same things my husband observed when I got home. The entire car exterior paint has a rough texture like overspray. Found what appears to be scratches throughout the car exterior. And the place I pointed out at Caliber on mirror did look like it was hit with something as there is an indentation in the area. The windshield also appears to be damaged. I’ve sent pictures.
