I would have gave a full 10 points because I do feel the service was at that level. However, I was told my truck would be ready a week after I was called and told to come pick it up. I had already packed to leave town for a trip on a Friday when I got that call at 4:00 p.m. I think you need to be more accurate in what you present to your customers, but other than that the service was absolutely outstanding as I expect from caliber Collision.

Dropping off vehicle was a breeze. Picking up vehicle was a different story. First the car was not available when I first got there. Keys were no where to be found, then it was dirty, then when I got a chance to see the car after standing around for at least 30 minutes. The front bumper was replaced, but it looked like the bumper alignment was done in a hurry, completely unacceptable. They took it back around to work on it, and no updates as to how long it was going to take. Sat around for a while, had to leave. The system updated me that the car was ready for a second time. Showed up next day, they handed me the key in front desk and had to go fetch vehicle myself on the side of the building. The end result was a fair repair. Chelsea and Cole were easy to work with.

Caliber collisions did an awesome job on my jeep.Gladiator. when I got it back, it looked brand new. It was nice and shiny who would have ever thought that my Jeep was in a wreck. I definitely recommend caliber collisions. For anybody who needs body repair to their vehicles.

I’ve had two experiences with this repair shop, both disappointing. The first time, my truck was returned with overspray on several areas. During my most recent visit, the paint job had dried streaks. After inspection, they agreed to sand it down. The following day’s inspection, it was clear they had sanded too far, exposing the black plastic underneath. The manager’s explanation was, “if they paint it, it would be too thick,” which left me in disbelief. While the staff was friendly, the quality of the auto body work is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this shop.

The customer service is excellent, but there is room for improvement in attention to detail and autobody quality. I have had two vehicles serviced there, and both times, there were noticeable issues. With a previous vehicle, an F150, it was returned with significant overspray. I took it back, and the team addressed the areas I mentioned, but there was still overspray on the windows when I checked. I ended up cleaning it myself at home. In my most recent visit with a white 25 Tundra, there were obvious excessive paint streaks on the passenger side bumper cover. When I pointed this out, the team promised to sand it down. I picked it up the next day, but when I returned to retrieve my vehicle, they had sanded it down to the black plastic, while the truck is white. I highlighted this, and the store manager claimed that painting it would make it too thick. I showed him the opposite side to demonstrate that this wasn’t true, but he stood by his decision. His response, though respectful, lacked credibility, so I decided to take the truck to another auto body shop to have it done properly. The team was very nice, and the customer service was again great, but there is a need for better attention to detail and proactive inspection. .
