I received exemplary service from Joe. He was welcoming, courteous, and kept me updated on my repairs every step of the way. I was originally told my vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks, but he had me in and out in 8 days. He (or the team) was even kind enough to clean my car and saved me a trip to the detailer. Although I’m extremely happy with the service, I hope I don’t see him anytime soon, lol.

Caliber was late in completing the repair. Should have finished Oct 3. But finished Oct 8. They said they were going to talk to Progressive about the delay because my rental needed to be extended. But it looks like caliber did not so that. I was charged an extra $252.94 by enterprise because caliber did not inform progressive of the delay in getting my vehicle fixed.
