It was a great and pleasant experience. The lady at the desk was super nice and Tyler was awesome. They kept me updated on what was going on. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would. My car looks as good as new. Thank you 🙏🏻

The repair was done well but I don’t understand why my stereo settings were all changed to max. I also don’t understand why my phone was deleted and replaced with “dannys iPhone”. Seems unnecessary to mess with that when I just needed a bumper replaced.

I wouldn’t recommend based on the fact that I’ll still be doing work to make it look right and the fact that someone named Danny took the liberty of changing my sound settings and deleting my phones from my truck. I’m extremely unhappy about it and have zero intention to recommend this company to anyone.

The bumper and tow hitch looked great but the left exhaust pipe is still out of place which I’ll fix myself and I’m greatly upset about the fact that my stereo settings were all changed. The bass treble and mid were all maxed out and all my phones were deleted and replaced by someone named Danny’s iPhone. I don’t understand why you would feel it necessary to delete and change my stereo settings when I only needed a bumper replaced. Seems very unprofessional and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
