My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent! My service advisor David was very professional.friendly and answered all of my questions regarding my vehicle. I received text messages to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. As a customer, this gives you a sense of relief knowing that your vehicle is actually being worked on and not just sitting on a lot, with the customer wondering when their vehicle would be returned to you and if all damaged areas would be repaired to your expectations. I must say, with this being my first time working with this company, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone that need repairs to their vehicle! Trust me, you will not be disappointed! David you were AMAZING! Giving you a 10 is not equal to the great customer service that I received from you. I am giving you a 20! Thank you for making my experience a great experience.
