Original quote was “3-5 days”, took 16… paint has an “orange peel” look. And in my opinion, they tried to hide a broken part thinking I wouldn’t notice…. My rain guard was completely broken into 2 separate pieces, and taped back on. I contacted my service rep, and he said he was aware but forgot about it…. If you were aware why tape the broken piece back on, let me drive off and conveniently “forget”. I immediately called and they did offer to replace after the fact.

You guys always do wonderful work as this is the second time getting work done by Caliber,you went above and beyond as my car was washed and my trunk had detergent spilled in it and that got cleaned, which I did not expect that you all would clean( I greatly appreciate that)Cole was wonderful!!!!!!!!
