Especially Cole, and the staff were outstanding in both customer service and the work performed. Time will tell, but as of now, our car looks brand new. I never asked if Cole also worked on the vehicle as well as being my personal advisor on the progress, but I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and overall kindness in treating me like a valued customer.

Same as previous comments. There was a snafu regarding the vehicle rental as Enterprise forced me to pay for it up front and then I had to call Geico to get it taken care of. I'm going to assume it was the adjustor's job to ensure that was handled properly. I will give Caliber the benefit of a doubt for that one.

Very easy process. Joe communicated regularly and answered my questions within the same day. It's also very convenient to be able to leave the Enterprise rental car there when picking up your car.
