I had a great experience with my Jeep repair and especially want to recognize Jamie for the excellent customer service she provided. She was very accommodating, took the time to thoroughly check my vehicle, explained what needed to be done, and made sure I understood the estimated cost of the repair. I was especially impressed with their honesty and transparency. When the repair was completed, Jamie let me know that the final cost was actually lower than the original estimate. I really appreciated that. Jamie was also very patient and never made me feel rushed when I picked up my vehicle. She waited while I gathered everything from the Jeep and made sure I was completely taken care of before I left. I also appreciated that she made sure my Jeep was clean and ready for me when I picked it up. The repair was done very well, but what stood out just as much was the level of customer service I received from Jamie. Her professionalism, patience, friendliness, and the way she interacted with me throughout the process reflected very positively on the company. She made the entire experience easy and pleasant from beginning to end. Excellent service and a very positive experience!

Damage gone, looks great. Warranty if any issues. Not expected. Appreciate the nice detail cleaning I saw Groton my car. That’s classy! My only concern has to do with my rental car from enterprise. I have heard of great experience with Enterprise on Galaxie. You have your contract. The car was ok, high miles had me a bit concerned. All good, except the condition cleanliness on the car. Someone vaped in it. Inside windshield was incredibly foggy. I cleaned it… just interior was unexceptionable on an Enterprise car. I just had my front end repaired at KIA after an incident. My liner car was excellent replacement. Great job body work. Very satisfied and thanks again cleaning. 10/10 Eileen
