Did no1t receive regular updates on th repairs. Found out the car had not the alignment till after they called I was told the car was ready. That no one tested the repairs. In the end all repairs seems to been made.

Although I do not want to need Caliber's services again, there are a few points worth making. 1. easy to deal with; 2. enjoyable conversations with the staff; 3. thorough explanation of work to be done 4. helpful with transportation to and from my home. 5. all repairs seem well done as if there had never been an accident.
