Quality of repaired parts are about as good as I could have expected, but they were returned a bit dirty. The main example being a sticky black streak that appeared on the driver side window when the window was lowered and then raised again.

Communication was initially lacking as I wasn't made aware of a significant delay until the day that the car was initially supposed to be finished (after receiving multiple messages stating everything was on schedule). But once my repairs were passed on to Jamie she went above and beyond to mitigate the impact that these sudden delays had and was fantastic about keeping me updated until everything was completed.

This was a warranty repair for a repair that failed in a caliber location out of state. They made the entire process extremely easy for me. I was very grateful for that experience and would definitely return to this location in the future.

The repair had defects. Although the paint damage on the passenger side was repaired, they re-sprayed the entire bumper, and the driver side has several dimples where it looks like dust or other particles may have stuck to the clearcoat while it was drying.
