The communication between us and Kevin was great! He kept us updated through the whole process and made the rental coordination with Enterprise a seamless process. The work completed was amazing. Looks brand new! We also appreciated the detailing/cleaning!

I had the bad luck of needing two repairs on our Suburban in four months this year. The first was accidental damage from a AAA call, and AAA strongly suggested Caliber. The adjuster said their estimates were trustworthy and work up to the standards of their expectations. I did solicit a 2nd opinion from an independent body shop. Caliber’s was $5,000 less - I was shocked. The work was exceptionally well done. That, plus Caliber’s cordial customer service and the efficient text updates, are what brought me back after my husband damaged the front bumper. Our private insurance adjuster with Farm Bureau also validated Caliber as a wise choice. Once again it was a pleasurable, efficient experience as I worked with Renee the receptionist and Jamie the project manager. That place in Apple Valley is a beehive of activity but their systems and personalities are up to the mission statement that they exist to “restore the rhythm of your life.” One could only wish it influences more than just getting a great looking car back!

Can't complain about a thing. I actually left something in my rental car and called just before they were about to close. They waited until I returned so that I could retrieve my left article.

Only an 8 because of how long it took. But jaime at caliber was absolutely incredible with updates and issues when there was a problem. At my angriest about it she made situations comfortable. No one ever wants to get in an accident but seriously jaimes attitude and honesty as well as keeping me in the loop about everything make me recommend her services and her shops a huge recommendation in my opinion. Thank you all for everything and getting my baby fixed up
