Dave and Chad are the front office staff that initiate your repair experience at the Atascadero, CA. location. They supervise the staff who perform the repairs which are a highly skilled group of individuals that perform excellent workmanship. The automated system is annoying and gives misleading information as to the actual status is of your repairs. Dave and Chad did a wonderful job of getting things done ahead of schedule and it was due to their actual calls and dedication to make sure things were done right and in a timely manner. Dave, Chad, and their team was very contentious and thorough throughout the whole experience keeping us informed and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and our vehicle was returned to us to use and enjoy for a long time to come.
