I was very Satisfied with the results on the repairs of my car. I had Johnny, he was very clear on the explanations of the type of repairs I would get on my car. Johnny kept me updated on any and every updates with the car repairs. I really loved caliber collision overall, I got my vehicle back in perfect condition within a week and 2 days.

There were quite a few things that there were misunderstandings about. Different things were not fixed as I was told. The back hatch was replaced, but not aligned properly.

Jameson was great to work with. I never had to call for a status as he kept me in the loop every step of the process with detailed texts and phone calls. It was an incredibly easy process and I will use Caliber anytime I have a need like this. However. This was for an insurance claim so I hope if I do need it in the future it will be under different circumstances. This was the first time I have been through this with an insurance repair and everyone I spoke to from dropping my truck off to final delivery was cute it’s, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
