Friendly and attentive team. Process was easy. They were patient when my insurance dragged their feet, and worked quickly and successfully as soon as they could start. High quality work. Car looked as good as new.

My car was not fully repaired. Scratches on the bumper in two different places. Tailgate trim not properly installed. Missing piece of trim. Tailpipe inserts not properly installed. We were told that a scratch on passenger front door would be touched up, but it was not. Car was filthy. It had not been washed.

Everything was great with the repair. The customer service was great. Only thing I would say. I requested for pictures of the car in repair. Instead of getting pictures I was asked to check insurance claim center. No pictures were provided On the claim center. Besides that everything was wonderful

Great experience. I got rear ended and Caliber handled everything. They worked directly with the insurance company, communicated consistently with me about progress, and did a great job with the repair. Would definitely recommend.
