Great experience. I got rear ended and Caliber handled everything. They worked directly with the insurance company, communicated consistently with me about progress, and did a great job with the repair. Would definitely recommend.

There was an issue with the bumper that I was told needed repair, but the insurance company said they did not have the police report. But we gave them the police report.!! I understand this is not Brandon’s fault, he said he tried to contact them several times, but nevertheless, when you ask, if I’m happy with the repair, the answer is no because it’s not complete in my opinion

The team did excellent. Martin communicated with me about the status of my car throught the whole process. The car looks brand new! It was nice they gave the car a wash too.
