The lady at the front is the first person that people see and hear when they enter your business. She was rude not only to me my son and was to my insurance agent. At times I do not feel she answered my questions. Please get her done training on how to greet, meet needs of customers and if she needs help get her some because we saw her over whelmed with the job. She needs help or you are not going to have customers.
