Thank you for the great service. The staff are extremely friendly and personable. My car is old and had a Geico warranted repair done there to my surprise the repair and my entire paint job looked amazing! Mind you they didn't paint the entire car, but took time to polish it as if it were. Thank you so very much! All my future repairs will be here as I am new to the area.

From the time I arrived I was taken care of immediately and it was very organized. Enterprise showed up before we were done with all the logistics. I was out of there in less than an hour. Car was ready in less than a week and I showed up w rental car signed paperwork and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient

The repairs on the car were great; however, the communication was poor. The text service was misleading and I was notified on Tuesday that the car was ready via text, but when I went by the shop they informed me that it was not completed. However, when I called today the person on the phone said that the car was ready over a week ago. I was never alerted that my car was ready from Caliber, the only notification I got was from the adjuster.
