Car is filthy inside from shop dust. Car is not aligned properly. Called and will be taking it back in next week My contact is awesome. She was always available and very accommodating and responsive. Karen in Athens made the experience easy!

You have a woman at reception who is very overworked answering calls, dealing with customers at her desk, and dealing with other personnel. Reconsider your work flow and work loads.

Still waiting on repairs. Bad communication. Should not have been scheduled for repairs until parts arrived. I didn't have rental reimbursement and am going on three weeks without transportation.

I'm into week three for a 3 day repair. Was told estimate approved by USAA and parts ordered on 12/6. Car rollbacked to Atlanta (with my permission) as I was told would bed repaired sooner as Athens was backed up) I was notified on 12/13 that estimate was completed (again) and they would order parts (Remember I was told by Karen in Athens that parts were ordered on12/6.
