My total repair time was 5 and a half weeks. During that time there was lack of communication and even at times incorrect information was given. However, I understand my representative was only telling me what had been told to her; so, I do not hold her responsible at all. When I came to pick up my truck the first time, it was not ready. There were things wrong that could have been found in a simple check just as I did on the spot. I am pleased with the overall result, workmanship wise. My truck was restored to it's previous condition before the accident, and for that I am grateful. However, the process of getting there was definitely unlike any I have experienced before.

It’s not that I won’t recommend, I will just be sure to tell them to expect the repairs to be longer and to maybe ask more questions about it as well.

The customer service was amazing, however, the delay on the car service was longer than told which resulted into me having to pay extra for my rental car that I honestly did not have. Also, once I did get the car there was trouble again, which again was handled properly, but was not expecting the delay and troubles.
