I've only had work done by Caliber Collision in the past in Texas. The service has always been adequate, excellent customer service, amazing repair work done, and accommodating. This is the first time I've ever been picked up by Enterprise at the repair shop. Whoever came up with that idea really knows how to take care of the customers!!

Karen Escoe did a fantastic job with collecting my information and answering all questions asked in regards to repairs and how they work, rental information, and multitasking. At some point I wasn't the only customer but she managed to take care of everyone's needs in a friendly and timely manner. I was offered refreshments and invited into the wait area which I found very comforting!! Zach Henderson did a fabulous job with the walkthrough of the repair procedures. He was very knowledgeable about repairs I was unaware of. He asked questions and made me feel very confident my car was in good hands with Caliber. Mr. Henderson customer service was of high quality and his personal interaction with me was polite, friendly, and he kept a smile on his face. He has an amazing tone of voice that sells!! I truly enjoyed my experience with Caliber Collison for the third time. I will continue to be a customer and highly recommend others to do business with Caliber!!

I specifically told you guys to be careful with turning the vehicle because of the spacers. I was told that you’re not allowed to remove them, but you guys made my front fenders pop out! I will be back to get that fixed. Also, you guys sent me on the road stop two lugs almost completely off. How did you guys fail to see that?
