I was 100 percent pleased with the fact that you kept me updated with the daily and often times to the minute progress as you were repairing my car. The part that annoyed me was the day-to-day advancement of the completion of the repair which, subliminally, curtailed the free range I need to operate with the rental as if I was in my own car. Although I enjoyed receiving daily message(s) about how the repairs were progressing, when comes the time to pick up the car, I believe that most customers and I included would prefer to get the final message to pick up their car after all final shop inspections have been completed and the car is definitely ready to be picked up by its respective owner as to avoid that customers having to drive anxiously to pick their cars from the shop only to be told that some last minute oversight precludes the shop from releasing the car until such a matter get corrected. Nonetheless, I am very pleased with Zach and the rest of the repair team personnel for the fantastic job they have done to bring back the luster my car had prior to the accident. Great job! Karen was super nice and made me feel very confident in what I was doing! I had no idea what I was doing and since I’m here for college I didn’t have my mom to help me figure it all out but the team and Karen walked me through it all and made sure I was taken care of!
