My vehicle was sent to caliber for repairs to my rear passenger door and qp that was damaged by a deer. When my car was returned, the rear of my car is filthy, like they didn't even clean up the back seat floor after making repairs. Dust everywhere!! And my radio stations don't work anymore and the manager wants to say that this didn't occur as a result of my repair. Well my radio was working fine before. As far as the repairs, I have to return it because you can see bubbles in the paint and dried up paint drippings, the door isn't flush at the bottom. This is a real inconvenience, because now I have to figure out when to return to have the corrections addressed. I'm very frustrated!

Mike experience with caliber was fantastic! Everyone from the check-in area to the repair area worked together seamlessly. I could not believe how organized and effective it ran.. I will recommend caliber to anyone having any car repairs.
