Repair was not 100% completed. Never received the tailgate cap that covers the retractable stair system in the tailgate. Was told it was an after market component you guys could not get. That just not true. It was part of the truck when when purchased from the dealership. That's not after market. I see the repair as incomplete. I was not delt w truthfully, the repair was not completed and am, therefore, not pleased.

Edgar did a great job coordinating the repairs and keeping me updated throughout the process. There were a few unexpected issues along the way, but he handled them well and made every effort to get my car back to me on time. I really appreciated his communication and help throughout the process.

Very satisfied with my car service. I feel the company went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I had the honor to work with Ray Hargrove who is a representative there. He was so outstanding I recommend him for a pay raise. A very very nice pay raise.
