My car still shakes and wobbles. I was told by a tire place that one of the wheels could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. I was not listened to and both front wheels was sent for repair. The car pulls to the right. I called to advise of it and was told it could be from the back wheel that is being replaced and on back order. I get upset every time I get in my car and drive and feel I am driving on square wheels. I was tokd the car didn’t vibrate or shake when I picked it up but it concerns me that a precessional couldn’t tell it pulled to the right and it still wobbles. My car did not wobble or shake before the damage and that’s why I brought it to Caliber is for it to be repaired and I don’t feel that has taken place and the consumer is not listened too. I waited to write this so I had time to think about it and be less emotional.

The people at caliber collision did a great job on my car, it almost looks new again! They were also very courteous and polite, frequently kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on with my car. I would highlyrecommend them!
