I've always heard nothing but good comments about other people's experiences at Caliber Collision. I see y'all's shops everywhere so I figured I'd give y'all a try. Needless to say, I'm in total agreement with what everyone has said about your company. It was an easy process to bring my Wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit to Caliber Collision, in Pilot Point, have it estimated in a timely manner, and then learn about the entire repair process, from start to finish. The only glitch was w/Enterprise Rental. My insurance, The Hartford, had made reservations for me and gave me the reservation number to rent a car. Enterprise said they'd have my rental at your shop when I dropped the Jeep off, but they weren't there and two guys from Enterprise finally arrived and it wasn't in my rental so I had to ride back to Enterprise with one guy while the other took my Wife home. We'd had dinner plans right after dropping the Jeep off, but those had to be canceled. Anyway, my Jeep was done exactly when they'd promised and were even nice enough to replace my fog lights with LED bulbs I'd brought them. They did everything they promised and made the entire process painless and actually rather pleasing. They're a very professional crew and the repair turned out perfectly, as well as an excellent paint job and the car was clean. Thanks to all of you!

I had heard from several friends and family members what a great job Caliber Collision had done on their vehicles, so I thought I'd give them a try. It was very easy to get in and get our Jeep estimated for repairs to the front end. I got an estimate as a customer pay, but after the estimate, I contacted my auto insurance company and filed a claim. They immediately contacted Caliber Collision and got the ball rolling on the repair claim and coverage. Caliber Collision was so easy to work with and they gave me the information I needed for the entire repair process including the rental car from Enterprise. I dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon and they'd promised to have it completed by the Friday of that same week, which they absolutely did and kept me apprised of each step of the repair process via texts. They were even nice enough to install some aftermarket LED fog light bulbs I'd taken them, since they'd have the bumper off and the fog light fixtures out to paint the bumper. All-in-all, it was an absolute pleasure working with Jack, Paul, and the entire Caliber Collision staff on getting the necessary repairs to our Jeep. The paint matched perfectly and had a nice shiny reflection, just like factory paint. The warranty is also good in that I can stop into any Caliber Collision, and they will honor the warranty for as long as we own the car. I will definitely use them the next time I need any body repairs. Thanks Caliber Collision!
