One can appreciate open and honest realistic repair times so your not led on to think you’ll have your vehicle back in X days when it ends up being much longer. Like I said before it was estimated repair time was ~3 weeks pending no delays in parts delivery for any hidden damage and the rep was very accurate on that time-frame
