Jack was amazing and helped with so much! He made sure to keep me updated regularly and respond quickly with updated estimates! My car was ready earlier than expected and im so glad that everyone at Caliber Collision made sure it was up and running in 100% good condition before returning it to me!

From drop off to pick up, your team was highly professional. When the location I initially chose was too backed up to deal with my car immediately, they found another of their location to make the repair. The amazing part of that was while the other shop was not convenient for me, they gladly took my vehicle to the other location, repaired it there, and then brought it back to where I originally dropped it off. The work done was outstanding, and the staff was very informative and friendly throughout the entire process. I hope to never need their services again, but Caliber will be my first choice if I ever do!

My truck looks brand new! It drives just like a brand new truck so I am confident all of the technicians replaced all of the parts needed to fix the extensive damage. The paint job is great. The General Manager Jack Gudritz provided regular updates as to the progress over the weeks & the truck was completed very close to the anticipated date I had been quoted.

Jack at the Pilot Point location was awesome! Kept me in the loop on the progress of my car even when he was on vacation. The techs did a masterful job repairing my rear hatch on my 19 Durango.
