Our car suffered a severe collision about five hours away from our home. Our daughter, who had been driving the car at the time, came home after the car was dropped off at the Caliber Collision in Pilot Point, TX, just down the road from the accident. So, a nearly wrecked car being repaired five hours away from home. The experience could have been a nightmare, except for the professional, caring, and dogged attention to our car from Jack and his crew at his branch of Caliber Collision. They made the process easy. Jack spoke to me patiently and supportively whenever I called and texted me with updates. He worked with our insurance company to make sure the repairs were made with high-quality parts. He was always polite and friendly and sympathetic. I cannot thank Jack and his crew for taking such wonderful care of us and our car during this ordeal, which consumed more than a month. Miraculously, our car was returned to us as good as new. Jack and his crew richly deserve my highest recommendation.

Jack and his team were amazing from start to finish. The repaired part malfunctioned and jack promptly ordered a new part and got it in within a couple of days and replaced in the car while I waited maybe 10-15minutes… I cannot recommend them enough. They are wonderful thank you guys so much.
