I work in a position where I talk with a lot of clients & personnel, & I have already have told this experience I have had & recommended to avoid the use of this service. I don't know if you treat other customers as I had experienced or if it was a certain look I had, or the fact my insurance was covering the expenses as well, or the repair that I needed. Also it went up on 3 platforms as well.

It looked good but there were some things not addressed. My hood still dinged, the clean up of the area of repair. My hood not working correctly. I had called about it & had not heard any response to it, so I guess it's my problem now. The splash guard not replaced.

How the situation was handled & the people I had spoken to starting with the adjuster/estimator. The fake pleasantries, the constant explanation of the same point done differently as if I didn't understand. The attitude when checking on my status of my vehicle when I received a message stating it was okay to ask anything about my vehicle. The after market wrong parts to prolong my of my vehicle's stay. I had planned to pay with cash & was not told to they do not accept it.
