There were several things from the management side throughout the duration of the repair that were poorly managed and added cost to the total repair. First, I accepted the quote and agreed to a drop off date 7 days later (the quoted delivery time for parts). After dropping my car a week later and getting a rental, I was told they never ordered the parts and did so the day I dropped my car. So my car sat there for a week and insurance paid for a full week of a rental car that was completely unnecessary. Next, my car went in running fine but I received a call that battery died. While the battery wasn’t the newest, I don’t know that it wasn’t drained while in their hands. But I folded and paid $170 out of pocket for a new battery outside of insurance. Finally, I get a call that the single-touch window rolling wasn't working and asking me if it was broke to begin with. It is kind of crazy to me that you wouldn’t test all of the door functionality before uninstalling the entire thing. I said it was working to my knowledge and I could sense some hesitation that they thought I was lying. They ended up getting it fixed but charged insurance $1300 in supplementals. I would hesitate to take one of my vehicles here again for an insurance claim and I would never, never, take my vehicle here for out of pocket repairs with all the extra time and cost that was added.

The work on my car was completed quickly l, which I appreciate very much. There were still a few pieces of glass in my backseat where my young child sits. I understand glass is very difficult to get up completely.
