The repair was exceptional, but I had to take the vehicle back twice more after caliber having it for about 1 1/2 weeks , that was an inconvenience

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and communication skills of George Padilla! While waiting for the repairs, I felt very informed and stress free. George answered all of my questions especially about upgrading to OEM parts and the out of pocket cost so I didn't have to settle for after market ones. I'm sure the staff working on my car did an excellent job. I'm totally satisfied with the outcome. My car looks beautiful!

My experience with caliber collision was one of excellence from the moment I walked through the front door until the completion of the repairs to my 2015 Acura TLX was a satisfying experience, the staff of caliber collision on gasoline alley are very knowledgeable in what they do very professional as well as polite, they kept me informed of the progress of repairs as well as completing the repairs in a timely manner many thanks to the management as well as all the staff at caliber collision I will definitely recommend caliber collision to my friends and family and I will most definitely use them again for any future needs that I may have again many thanks to caliber collision on gasoline alley.

Customer Service was very friendly, stayed late to insure delivery as promised, etc., but seemed like communication was off some how. don't know why, and perhaps it was through no fault of costomer service. Just a feeling.
