From the moment we walked in to Caliber we were greeted by friendly staff. Samvel was our advisor and took the time to introduce himself. We walked out to my vehicle where ihe did an inspection and gave us the best information on repairs he could before taking the vehicle back to be completely inspected. We were informed daily of the process on the work being performed The vehicle was done before the original estimated timeframe, vehicle looks good as new. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

I have informed callibur collision about a noise in the front passenger side before dropping off the vehicle he said he would put into the notes to add additional they started to do the work work completed upon picking up he said everything is good and I was leaving not even 10 min pass the same noise I heard in passenger side is still there took back they said it was the motor mount and will try to call and talk to insurance about it. Have not heard back now the claim is closed with not all the work completed from the claim?
