Overall an exceptional experience. Everyone was extremely professional and easy to work with. In particular Samvell was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and always very prompt in everything he did for me while my truck was being repaired. I would absolutely recommend Caliber to anyone needing autobody repair work. In particular the Gasoline Alley location is super convenient. I was able to get my rental at Enterprise right next door. And I was easily able to get to the Toyota dealership that is also right next door (for unrelated business). And bonus, there is a great Mexican restaurant right around the corner where I got both breakfast one day and dinner another. Thank you!

Excellent service all around! I worked with Samvell and he was a huge part of what made my experience with Caliber so great. He was attentive, communicative, and just all around pleasant to work with. He seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the work done on my vehicle and my satisfaction with all aspects of the process. I will absolutely recommend Caliber and won’t hesitate to take my vehicles there in the future.

I would never use anyone else, but caliber collision very professional. Allison worked with me totally keeping me up-to-date daily as to the progress always ask for her if you need any help with your car.
