call on several occasions to check on the status of my vehicle. On a couple occasions, I was told someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received return calls. My car has been repaired here several times. On previous repairs, they exchanged my car with the rental car. When they were Niera's, they would return the rental car to Enterprise (next door) for me.

The repairs went well. I just have to take my car back in to have the driver side back window looked at. Since it won't roll up or down by the back passenger button. But will go down with the drivers button.

Never underestimate the value of good manners. No matter how good the repair work, it was overshadowed by the lack of good old fashioned manners. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Very opinionated and unreceptive to interactive dialogue. I would never go there again by choice
