They might have a rodent problem at the repair shop. I took my car to the dealership for services this past Saturday and they noticed a rat in the cabinet filter area of my truck. The only way a rat can get that easy access to this part of the truck was via the bumper being taken off for a while. The only logical place was at the repair shop since it was only a week ago that my truck was there and stayed there for a week.
