I did not like the way they gave me my vehicle, they did a terrible job on the paint, there were a lot of swil marks from the buffer, they left compound everywhere and the even chiped some stickers that I had made for my truck.

They had called me in the morning saying that my vehicle was going to be ready later that afternoon. I was waiting for the phone call, they did called me at 5:26 p.m saying that my truck was ready and that they close at 6:00 p.m. It was on a Friday, I was still working, peak hour and I was 25 minutes away from there shop. I got in trouble at my work place because I was supposed to have an hour in advance to let my boss know I was leaving early from work.

George was my go to guy at the automall location. He was nice, communicated well with me about all repairs and changes in time expectations. My truck looked as good as new, my paint matched perfectly and my nerf bars were replaced with exactly the right ones!
