I was having a hard time understanding why the repair completion date kept being extended I would have been ok with them just telling me upfront how long it would take that was my major negative about the repair as of now the car has been restored to its prior condition and is ok time will tell if the repair is quality that will extend the service life of the car the work that was done was major but as of now I'm 100% satisfied the George was very good at communicating that the repair completion was going to be extended he was always professional even when I was not and he had the team work on Saturday and stayed after close so I could get the car back I feel caliber should step back to when the operation was smaller I feel they are to big of a machine to give personalized service

When I got my truck back the engine light was on which has never been on before he tried to tell me it was an old light I let him know I just got a smog and the light came on after they took my truck apart they took my truck back in and found out that they had left a wire off so they fixed the light then I asked him if they could buff out my hood because the middle of it looked kind of bad but when I got my truck back the hood looked way worse than it did they said they could not buff it out.
