The Gasoline Alley office has been amazing throughout this whole ordeal. I’m still waiting for contact from the.Rosedale Highway office regarding a refund that is due for parts that were purchased and we were unable to use. From the first phone call that I had with the Gasoline Alley office, I was put it ease, knowing the process was going to be professionally handled. From the moment we walked in to Caliber we were greeted by friendly staff. Samvel was our advisor and took the time to introduce himself. We walked out to my vehicle where ihe did an inspection and gave us the best information on repairs he could before taking the vehicle back to be completely inspected. We were informed daily of the process on the work being performed The vehicle was done before the original estimated timeframe, vehicle looks good as new. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.
