The repair was timely and quick along with a quality job that made our overall experience positive. With regards to the staff, the customer service was excellent and pleasant and the manager was kind. However, when returning the vehicle, upon inspection some minor items that has been left in the center console (closed and out of sight) were missing. When confronted, the manager was apologetic but the item was not found by the members who had access to the car. Integrity is huge to us and had our insurance company not given us such confidence in the work they do, we might not have decided to give such a high rating. Itâs a bummer that quality work can still be rewarded with great pay, and still hurt the consumer.

I noticed some scratches...some rubbers were missing from my trunk my car was dirty and dusty inside and out and spray bottles with chemicals and trash was left in the car. Lastly. My trunk is hard to close now
