Daniel sent emails regarding bar which were not explanatory I in return reply that if my insurance adjuster had approved the repairs that should be sufficient enough he replied back with. I took it as a rude email until finally the third or fourth email or text that said that it was due to bar they had to have approval from you or I don’t know anyway I finally said OK fine but he needs to figure out how to explain things the first time so that it doesn’t get mixed up and confuse us the customers. I might just have to tell AAA that caliber is not one that they should be sending AAA members too.

Desde el momento que me tomaron la llamada fueron muy amables y pacientes resolvieron mis dudas y me notificaron todos los días sobre el avance de mi carro y al momento de entregarlo quedó como nuevo, la pintura, la luz, los reflectores, no parece que me hayan pegado, todo mi carro está al 100 y tanto el personal de reparación como administrativo les agradezco su ayuda
