The first day we took our Jeep to get an estimate we were attended and greatly greeted by Carlos Mejia. He explained everything we needed to know and gave us an estimate. Carlos gave us great customer service. On the day we picked up our Jeep we were again greeted greatly by Carlos. Our Jeep looked great! Just like new! Great job and much thanks to the guys who worked on our Jeep. And finally thanks to Carlos Mejia for giving us excellent customer service . Where do I even begin? We first brought our car to Carlos on June 1. He had it for 12 days. Nothing happened. We waited and waited but no word on next steps. After a seemingly endless back and forth of missed phone calls and excuses about parts and my warranty company, Carlos never seemed to really have a handle on what exactly was going on with our warranty company. Finally, after a denial of other repairs needed, we opted to just have Carlos handle the exhaust repairs. He told us numerous times he was “waiting on parts”... turns out he took it to Midas today for the repairs - he never even needed the parts he seemed to be waiting on. Long story short, I could complain for days about how terrible my experience has been with Caliber Collision, but it wouldn’t change a thing. If I am ever in need of repairs rendered by Caliber, I will be sure to avoid your company with a ten foot pole and seek out other professionals who don’t bullshit people, give them the run around and continuously give excuses as to why a simple exhaust repair took almost two months to complete. In fact, the interior repair on our carpeting that was also part of this repair was not performed but was charged on the receipt I was provided. The carpeting is still stained and definitely didn’t undergo any sort of cleaning. I’m genuinely livid and have been for months, but why waste my energy on this? Carlos did us dirty for almost two months and you know what? At least my repairs were finally done by the professionals at Midas that he contracted to do the work he said his shop would do and that he said he ordered parts for that he seemed to wait weeks on. At least I can trust them to get the job done in a timely manner.
