Complete satisfied is a strong statement. The repair itself was very professional however my car was pretty dirty still, and there are some areas that were damaged during the repair. Besides that I had a good overall experience

Alignment is off, center on hub on rim was not replace damage for wreck. Unknow work was perform on emergency brake, now brake it stuck in on postion. Old parts left in truck.

It took about 4 weeks when I was quoted about a week.

It just took way too long and some items weren’t fixed after having it there for 3 weeks and I had to leave it longer so I wouldn’t recommend

When I went to pick it up I found a few items that had not been repaired so I had to leave my car there longer to get it fixed. Then I went back to pick it up and they were able to buff out a few scratches I found on there and I was able to take the car. People were super nice about everything though

Trenton was an excellent communicator and kept me updated every step of the way, from the time I walked in the door to the time my car was the returned. I’m sorry I don’t know the receptionists name, but both times that I went in and every time that I called, she was quick to answer my questions, she was accommodating and gracious and very friendly. My car was filthy when I took it in there, embarrassingly so. Caliber collision took the time to clean and detail my car, and I appreciate it greatly. My car was returned to me in better shape than before. Overall, Caliber Collision turned a terrible experience with near auto theft into a good one. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.
