Everyone was so nice and helpful explained everything well. Kept in touch on what was going on with the car while it was getting repaired. And we got our car back repaired looking good in 3 days . When I came home, I noticed a gap under my back bumper where I could see inside. I took a picture. I'm guessing they had to access some device in there to hook up to a machine. Possibly that is where the black box is? I managed to snapped it back in place but I think they ought to get another look at it in case the gap opens again. Also found a slight crack on the bottom beside the back door on the passenger side. Other than those two things, I believe they did a great job. The front passenger's side of the car looks brand new. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers.
