When I came home, I noticed a gap under my back bumper where I could see inside. I took a picture. I'm guessing they had to access some device in there to hook up to a machine. Possibly that is where the black box is? I managed to snapped it back in place but I think they ought to get another look at it in case the gap opens again. Also found a slight crack on the bottom beside the back door on the passenger side. Other than those two things, I believe they did a great job. The front passenger's side of the car looks brand new. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers.

Overall the work looks great, but there is a gap between where my bumper meets my weather stripping. I asked to get the weather stripping replaced, to minimize the gap, my service advisor still hasn’t got back to me about it.
