I recently had a car accident in my newer car and took it to Caliber Collision on Rosedale Lane for repairs. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and professional customer service. Having dealt with car accidents before, I know how important good service is, and Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. The young man who initially assessed my car was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Throughout the repair process, Leonard was my main point of contact, and he was fantastic—quick to respond and always kept me updated on my car’s progress. I truly appreciated the prompt service, and I was only without my car for three days. Now that I have my car back, I’m beyond impressed! Everything looks as good as new, and the color matching is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their outstanding service and quality work.

So glad we went through Caliber Collision. I was so impressed with how quick they repaired my car due to transferring it over to the Rosedale Ln location. Initially when I needed to take my car in for repairs it took a few days to process my request and after that when it was in the shop the time it took to complete the repairs went quickly. A very good job was completed!! I would definitely recommend this shop for car repairs 😊
