My car was damaged by a person who's insurance was very challenging to work with. The communication with them was many calls from me leaving voice messages. Leonard from Caliber was instrumental in getting my claim resolved. He was diligent in trying to speak to an agent. His efforts paid off. My car was repaired in a few days, it was a matter of the insurance company paying. A week later my claim payment was resolved. I believe it would of taken longer had he not helped. The quality of work was excellent and the customer service was exceptional!!

I filed my claim with the insurance of the party that hit my vehicle. After the initial reporting and claim adjuster assignment, I called many times to get estimate approval. I left several voice emails. Leonard at Calibera was very supportive. He called diligently to the insurance company. I believe that had he not helped me, my car would still be in the shop.
