The entire team were excellent, beginning with the front desk personnel. Greeting me, making sure I had a vehicle to use while my vehicle was getting fixed and the entire collision repair, including cleaning my car inside and out and refueling my gas. Everyone were so, so professional, kind, and excellent customer service.

Caliber was great in keeping me informed of the progress and helping arrange the rental. The ladies in the office were both very friendly and helpful. The shop went above and beyond and even vacuumed my car which is the first time I've encountered that. Top quality service and staff. I'd highly recommend and will definitely return if the need arises.
